Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at DotyToPin. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at info@dotytoopin.com and we will guide you through the exchange process.
How to Return an Item
