1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping methods to ensure your products arrive safely and on time:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days within the United States.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days within the United States.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary based on the destination country. Typically, international orders arrive within 7-14 business days.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated during the checkout process based on the shipping method selected and the destination. You will see the final shipping fee before completing your purchase.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you choose to return an item, the shipping costs incurred will not be reimbursed.

3. Order Processing and Shipment

Once you place your order, we begin processing it immediately. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (local time) or on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive an email notification confirming the shipment of your order, along with tracking information.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Domestic Orders: We ship within the United States and its territories.
  • International Orders: We also ship to a variety of international locations. Please be aware that shipping times and fees vary depending on the destination country.

Some countries may impose customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions that are outside of our control. Customers are responsible for these fees and should check with their local customs office for further details.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is correct and complete. DotyToPin is not responsible for delays or issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@dotytoopin.com to correct it before shipment.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package through the shipping carrier’s website.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, accidents can occur. If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@dotytoopin.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, if necessary, initiate a claim with the carrier.

8. Delays

While we aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible, please be aware that certain factors such as weather conditions, holidays, and carrier delays can affect delivery times. DotyToPin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

9. Customs Duties and Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments, customs duties and taxes may be applied to your order. These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding import duties and taxes.
